Alan 'J' Reed
I've been told that from an early age I showed promise in art. Year on year in junior school I won 'book tokens' from the Brooke Bond National art competitions, that were popular at the time. Of course, as word spread through the family of my talent, Christmas became a fest of artpads, brushes, paints and Plasticine. I remember, lots of Plasticine. It is a cherished childhood memory when the dining table was populated with upwards of thirty dinosaurs I'd modelled.
